Refund and Cancellation

a. Return Handling:

•Pick A Route Voyages understands that plans may change. To cancel or modify your booking, please contact our customer service team at least 15 days before the scheduled departure time depending on the flights, hotels and transportation structure.

•Any applicable refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 15-30 business days.

•In case of cancellations made within 72 hours of departure, refund eligibility will be subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

 

b. Refund/Cancellation Policy:

•Full refund if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to departure exclusive of the booking fee/taxes/non-refundable fees.

•Partial refund or credit for future bookings if cancellation is made within 45 days, subject to service providers' policies.

•No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before departure.

•Special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
