• Rates are NETT and Non-Commissionable based on per person price.

• Rates valid for min. 35 person and subject to change if there is any changes on total pax number

• Infant is considered as FOC

• Children below 02 years old is considered as infant – Free of Charge

• Children 02 – 11 Years considered as child and Child rate will be applicable.

• Children 12 years old and above is considered as adult.

• Children are not sharing rooms with parents will be considered as adult – adult price applied

• Single travelling price will be double charge.

• All prices are subject to change with or without notice

• 01 FOC for every 15 Paying Adult rates maximum 4 FOC on every Group based on twin / triple share basis.

• Rates valid for the same arrival and departure time otherwise extra charge for different transfers will be applied.

• Hotel early check-in, late check-out, connecting, or adjoining rooms are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

• No refund for unused services and no refund for your or program in the events of Natural Calamity or Disaster, poor weather conditions, civil disturbance, suspension of services related to Airlines, transportation, accommodation etc, government orders or circumstances beyond company’s control. Splitting of package is not allowed.

The International Traveller Entry Terms & Conditions:

Requirement documents entering Bali - Indonesia

• Validity of passport minimum 6 months.

• Return flight ticket.

• Upon arrival at the airport applying for VOA (Visa on Arrival) costs Rp 500.000, - (= USD 35 to USD. 40 per person subject to the exchange rates fluctuation).
